I made this skirt for the Super Thursday: In Full Bloom event, held at the Walters Art Museum in Baltimore (Blog Post coming really soon). I actually made it the morning before the event because I couldn't think of anything else to wear. I'm starting to think that Purple is my new favorite color. Seems like I've been making a lot of garments in purple lately and I've been attracted to purple garments.

Since I barely have enough time to sew nowadays and I've been neglecting my Etsy Store and BigCartel Store, I have decided to sew at least one garment every 2 weeks or sew (so) for my store. I will be making only one item of whatever garment I choose to make. And I'll pick a random size to make. This way my store won't look like ghost town and my customers can have a one of a kind-ish garment.. :)

Good Morning!!!
So it's OFFICIAL.. I finally opened an etsy store. It's something I've been putting off for a while until I decided one day to 'Just Do It.' ...even if I only have 2 items to sell in my store. I have to start somewhere, right? :) I'm happy to say I now have 5 items (infinity scarves) in my etsy store and more to come. Happy Shopping!
