Sarah's DIY Nova Peplum Top by Popolok Design
Hey Loves..
Today I finished the second Nova Top I made for Sarah. The first Nova Top I made was too small for Sarah because I read (didn't read. lol) the measurements incorrectly and cut the wrong size. So the second time, I made sure I read every single step, at least for the measurements.
Pattern Review (NOVA Top)
Pattern Description: The NOVA top has lovely peplum on the waistline, charming sweetheart-illusion yoke front & back, gathered cap sleeve, fully lined bodice and back invisible zipper closure.Fabric Used: Wax print, cotton
Pattern Sizing: I cut out a size 4, this time..
Were the Instructions easy to follow? Yes, the instructions are really easy to follow and it includes little "birdie box" with tips and further explanations.
Likes or Dislikes about the Pattern: I like that there are so many options with this pattern (Peplum Top, Peplum Dress, with Sleeves, without Sleeves..)
Pattern Alterations or Design Changes made: The second time I sew the bias tape on the outside of the peplum instead.
Would you Sew it again? Yes, I would...
